This is a working farm before it is a retreat. Mornings begin with feed buckets and turnout; afternoons belong to you.

Walk the 120 acres of trails, swim in the seasonal pool, or drive fifteen minutes into Millerton for lunch.

Wonderful get away! The high ceilings make the place so peaceful. Our kids loved watching the horses and the chickens. Christine and Michael were very attentive. Highly recommend it.
The hosts were lovely and very communicative. Our toddler had the best time swimming in the pool, feeding chickens and looking at the horses. We even received fresh eggs on arrival!
The barn is large and spacious but feels cozy and intimate — perfect for a weekend away. Really beautiful property, so lovely to wake up in the loft space. Would gladly return.
We feel like we found our spot, and will be back very soon. The winter hiking was gorgeous, the tub is amazing, the horses were majestic, the pool table was awesome, and the piano was a dream.
