Layups from Parx Racing
Three hours north of Parx, Green Meadow Farm takes layups and rehab for Pennsylvania-based thoroughbreds. Trainers ship up the Taconic; we handle the rest.
Parx campaigns are long. Horses come in for a real break: rehab paddocks, second-cut hay, cold saltwater spa, and the quiet a racehorse needs. Most stays run 60 to 120 days; shorter or longer by arrangement.
We coordinate shipping with East Coast vans, work with your veterinarian, and send weekly progress reports.
